White-label engineering for agencies

Say yes to the work you turn away.

Design-led agencies lose the second half of every brief to engineering they cannot staff. Webflex builds it behind your name — the platform, the backend, the integrations — and your client never learns we exist.

We work with a limited number of agencies at a time.

The mechanism

An engineering team that never appears in the room.

White-label is not a billing arrangement here. It is how the work is structured: your client has one supplier, and it is you.

  1. 01

You scope it with your client

The brief, the price and the relationship stay entirely yours. We are not on the call and not on the invoice.

  2. 02

We build it under your name

Your dedicated team works inside the tools you already use — your Slack, your ClickUp, your Jira — and delivers against your timeline, in your tone.

  3. 03

You ship it as your own

Source files, documentation and copyright transfer land with you. Your client sees one agency: yours.

Our own products

The work with our name on it.

Client work ships under someone else's brand, so the only builds we can show you are our own. They are live products rather than demos — and they are proof of the specific thing this page claims: that we ship platforms, not just the front of them.

ClientGraph

Operations system for web agencies

One picture per client: websites, domains, services, vendors, renewals and where every login lives. Nothing expires unnoticed, and a client can be handed over on a single page.

OctoForge

Multi-tenant SaaS platform

The foundation other people build their SaaS on: database-per-tenant isolation, customer-owned domains, subscription billing and a permission matrix, ready to build a product on top of.

Dentify3D

3D model management for dentistry

Dental scans are large, awkward to review and easy to lose track of. This handles them in the browser — real 3D rendering, no plugin, no desktop software — with the case management around it.

Status
Live

Tenancy, billing, permissions, domain verification, 3D in a browser. None of it is visible in a design file. It is the half of a product that decides whether it survives its first hundred customers — and it is the half your client is asking you for.

We do not build your work on them. Client projects start from your requirements, not from a foundation we license and control. What we deliver is yours outright — no dependency on our roadmap, our pricing or our permission to keep using it.

Depth

The half of the brief you cannot staff for.

Design you already have. What stops a project is the platform underneath it — and that is the part we lead with.

The objection

“What stops you from taking my client?”

It is the first question every agency owner asks a partner like us, and it deserves a structural answer rather than a reassurance.

We never contact your client
We are not introduced to them, never join a call under our own name, and never reach out. Where the work itself exposes us to their data, an NDA covers it and we touch nothing the build does not require.
Your accounts are not a prospect list
We will never approach your client, accept work from them behind you, or let them find out we exist. Your accounts are closed to us for as long as you are a partner, and afterwards.
The work is yours on delivery
Automatic copyright transfer, an NDA in every engagement, and editable source files handed over with each build.
Delivered under your name
Commits, documentation and handover notes carry your conventions, not ours. Everything reaches your client as work from your team.
Selected work

Real engagements. No logos.

Everything we build for a client ships under their brand, so these describe the work, its scale and the stack — never the name. The restraint is the product.

An enterprise web security vendorThousands of pages

A thousands-of-pages WordPress estate rebuilt on Webflow

Years of custom post types had grown into a content model no editor could hold in their head, on a stack the marketing team could not change without a developer. We mapped every post type onto Webflow Collections, moved the content, and rebuilt the templates so the marketing team could ship a page without filing a ticket.

The sister product moved to a headless architecture

Having done the first migration, we took the group's other product on a different path: WordPress kept as the editing surface, everything in front of it replaced. Editors carried on working the way they always had while the front end stopped being coupled to the CMS that served it.

A Swedish restaurant technology companySweden, Norway and Germany

Hundreds of WordPress sites folded into one platform

Every restaurant that signed up meant another WordPress site to host, update and patch. The product worked; the operations behind it did not scale, and the economics broke long before the code did. We rebuilt it as a Laravel multi-tenant platform, so onboarding a restaurant became a database record instead of a deployment.
