Work

The best proof we can offer is the proof we are allowed to show.

Everything we build for agencies ships under their name. That is the product, so a logo wall would mean we had broken the one promise partners actually buy.

How to read this page

Scale and stacks. No names, and no invented numbers.

Each engagement below gives you the shape of the client, the scale of the problem, what was built and what it was built on. What it never gives you is who — and where we do not have a figure someone actually measured, it does not give you one of those either.

If that feels like less evidence than a portfolio of logos, consider what a logo wall would tell you about how we would treat your accounts. The discipline is the demonstration.

On a call we go further. We will walk you through architecture decisions, show you code we own, and put you in touch with a current partner who has agreed to speak to prospective ones. None of that fits on a public page.

Selected work

Real engagements. No logos.

Everything we build for a client ships under their brand, so these describe the work, its scale and the stack — never the name. The restraint is the product.

A thousands-of-pages WordPress estate rebuilt on Webflow

Years of custom post types had grown into a content model no editor could hold in their head, on a stack the marketing team could not change without a developer. We mapped every post type onto Webflow Collections, moved the content, and rebuilt the templates so the marketing team could ship a page without filing a ticket.

The sister product moved to a headless architecture

Having done the first migration, we took the group's other product on a different path: WordPress kept as the editing surface, everything in front of it replaced. Editors carried on working the way they always had while the front end stopped being coupled to the CMS that served it.

Hundreds of WordPress sites folded into one platform

Every restaurant that signed up meant another WordPress site to host, update and patch. The product worked; the operations behind it did not scale, and the economics broke long before the code did. We rebuilt it as a Laravel multi-tenant platform, so onboarding a restaurant became a database record instead of a deployment.

Our own products

The work with our name on it.

Client work ships under someone else's brand, so the only builds we can show you are our own. They are live products rather than demos — and they are proof of the specific thing this page claims: that we ship platforms, not just the front of them.

3D model management for dentistry

Dental scans are large, awkward to review and easy to lose track of. This handles them in the browser — real 3D rendering, no plugin, no desktop software — with the case management around it.

Tenancy, billing, permissions, domain verification, 3D in a browser. None of it is visible in a design file. It is the half of a product that decides whether it survives its first hundred customers — and it is the half your client is asking you for.

We do not build your work on them. Client projects start from your requirements, not from a foundation we license and control. What we deliver is yours outright — no dependency on our roadmap, our pricing or our permission to keep using it.
